What I Wore

This cute, stripey dress.

Normally I haaate shopping. I can never find anything I like. It's weird cause I love thrifting, and for most people it's usually the other way around I think.

 But I actually found this gem at Forever 21. I know what you're thinkin- "What? Ashley are you serious?"

Yes. Yes I am.

Traci had on the cutest dress ever. There just so happened to be a similar, red maxi in Butter Toast. So we played dress up.

There's lots going on and sixth street has live music, lot's of booths filled with vintage and handmade, live mural painting, and big big sales! (Trunk sale at GROWop and Butter Toast with awesome vintage items for 3-5 dollars and 40-50% off winter items! Woot!)

I have been wanting to do some "What I Wore" posts but there was always one little problem... I never have anyone around to take my picture! So my buddy Traci of Butter Toast and I decided, since we both work our shops on Thursdays, we would start lookin cute and taking pictures each Thursday. Here's the first installment! Outfit: Vintage Blue Plaid Wrap Dress

Accessories: (which you can't see and we didn't think to take pictures of- next time- we're new to this!) The two turqouise rings I wear EVERY day. I literally feel nakey without them! And a super pretty flowery ring from Urban Adornments. And of course the matching best friends/sister bracelet me and my sissy wear 24/7.

I love this dress. It's light weight and super comfy. I love the little ruffles on the pockets and the cute open back. Perfect for this rather warm (kinda super warm... it was like, 90!) day.
