Something Lovely: Holly Farrell

Holly Farrell paints some of the most lovely paintings with some amazing content; vintage barbies, vintage furniture, vintage cookbooks... One day I will own one of these.

    These paintings are so lovely. I love the concept of taking "ordinary" objects and assigning them value by painting them and reflecting their natural but often overlooked beauty. Good find. :-)

    Ooooh me too.I think that is what draws me to the craft movement- finding value in crafts that were so utilitarian and necessary for a family's survival.

    But anyways, yes she is one of my all time favorites <3
